FEES/SESSIONS
PRICING
The fees are expected to be paid half-termly by BACS. Parents can discuss alternate payment plans directly with the manager. Bills are produced within the first 2 weeks of term and parents are provided a copy with the calculations for the term.
As of the 1st September 2026 our Fees are,
Age 2 year £5.70 per Hour.
Age 3 Years plus £5.50 per hour.
Where funding is claimed fees will only be charged for the additional hours beyond the funded hours, all details of funding for 2/3/4 years olds can be found on Somerset.gov.uk and details of Working Families funding can be found at Childcarechoices.gov.uk
Fees will be reviewed a maximum of twice a year.
We currently do not have any additional charges.
Personal intimate care items, such as nappies, wet wipes and nappy sack must be provided by parents/carers.
Fees must still be paid if children are absent due to sickness or holidays and if the setting is forced to close due to reasons out of our control.

In order for your child/ren to keep her/his place at our setting, you must pay any relevant fees.

SESSIONS
When & what time
We are a term time only setting that currently provide up to 30 Spaces per session not including our emergency space.
Our sessions are:
Early start 8.30-9.00 (AM)
Morning 9.00 to 12.30 (AM) children eat lunch by 12.30.
Afternoon 12.30 to 3.00 (PM)
Late Leavers 3.00-4.00 (PM)
Early start and late leave is all subject to demand.
We accept children from the age of two until they transition into primary school reception class.
We offer sessions covered by all Government funding schemes and fee paying.
